Story summary.

An unnamed frontier town on Venus, the only one there yet. Mankind has recently reached Venus & is busy mining the place. This is a rowdy men-only town; Annie's brothel is about the only place that has women.

That's when Miranda Dean arrives to start her church. This is the story of her persistence, & patience, bringing religion to the town of sinners.
